Dr. Wolfgang Schlez, the founder and director of ProPlanEn, holds an MSc (Dipl. Phys.) from Oldenburg University in Germany and a PhD from Loughborough University, UK. Since setting up his first wind measurement in 1990, he has worked for over 30 years in the field of wind resource assessment, flow modelling, wake modelling, wind farm design and wind farm performance assessment.
